Deposits
A $20 deposit holds your appointment and goes toward your service total.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows forfeit their deposit. If you booked without a deposit, a $20 cancellation fee must be paid before you can rebook.
Late arrivals
Running late? Message as soon as you can. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a simpler design or rescheduling.
Fills
Fills are for your own set within 3 weeks. Coming in with several nails missing may be priced as a full set.
Repairs
A nail lifted or broke? Nail repairs are $5.
Removal
Taking a break or switching services? Acrylic removal is $25.
